It is owned and managed by twins Tony and Peter Giannakis who have been the recognisable face of the Melbourne restaurant scene for many years. They have been joined in this venture by Peta Curran. She has an enormous wealth of experience that compliments the twins beautifully.

The Restaurant
The Restaurant has been awarded the highly prestigious Age Good Food Guide "hat" in its first, second third, fourth and fifth years. It has been highly praised by the reviewers who have ventured down to the lovely old former "pub" in Port Melbourne.
The Private Dining Room

The Wine Bar
The other way to experience The Graham is through a side door that takes you to a modern, yet welcoming outdoor/indoor area called The Wine Bar. Peter, Tony and Peta have captured everything they have learnt about what makes a comfortable, warm and friendly atmosphere and then added it to every aspect of the room.
